Return & Exchange Policies
Motorcycles & Parts Return & Exchange Policy
This policy applies only to motorized vehicles and parts offered for sale at Calgary Cycle City. It does not apply to apparel and accessories, which have their own policy outlined further down this page.
Returns
- Motorized vehicles and parts are generally not accepted for return.
- Questions regarding this policy may be directed to CCC management.
Exchanges
If your motorized vehicle or part isn’t working out, an exchange for a similar item may be considered on a case by case basis, within ten (10) days of purchase, subject to the conditions noted below:
Conditions of Motorized Vehicle Exchanges:
- All items must be in complete, whole and like-new condition, and free of all defects, including but not limited to: holes, stains, scratches, major wear and tear, broken pieces, missing parts or peripherals, etc.
- All exchange requests must be accompanied by a picture or scanned copy of the original proof of purchase (receipt/invoice), and your full name, address and phone number.
- Some items are not eligible for exchanges; these include any financed items, as well as products purchased with a discount of 50% or more.
- All exchanges must be made in-store only and will be accepted at the sole discretion of CCC management.
Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for exchange.
Apparel & Accessories Return & Exchange Policy
This policy applies to only apparel and accessories offered for sale at Calgary Cycle City. It does not apply to motorized vehicles, which have their own policy outlined above. If the item has a manufacturing or workmanship defect, it may be covered by our Apparel & Accessories Warranty; please refer to this first before considering a return or exchange.
Returns
If you change your mind, you may return an apparel or accessory item within fourteen (14) days of receiving it:
- In-store purchases can be returned for a refund within fourteen (14) days of the original date of purchase.
- Online purchases can be returned for a refund within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery.
Conditions of Returns:
- All returned items must be in new condition, including all parts and peripherals, in original packaging with original sales tags attached.
- All returns must be accompanied by a picture or scanned copy of the original proof of purchase (receipt/invoice), and your full name, address and phone number.
- Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges; these include any intimate apparel, as well as products purchased with a discount of 50% or more.
- If a return is being shipped to CCC, customers are responsible for all costs incurred on shipping returned item(s) to CCC. CCC is not liable for any items lost in transit. Customers are responsible for all tracking information and a tracking number is recommended for all return shipments.
Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.
Exchanges
If your apparel or accessory item isn’t working out for any reason, you may exchange it for a similar item within thirty (30) days of receiving it:
- In-store purchases can be exchanged for a similar item within thirty (30) days of the original date of purchase.
- Online purchases can be exchanged for a similar item within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery.
Conditions of Exchanges:
- All exchanged items must be in like-new condition and free of all defects, including but not limited to: holes, stains, rips, major wear and tear, broken pieces, missing parts or peripherals, etc.
- All exchanges must be accompanied by a picture or scanned copy of the original proof of purchase (receipt/invoice), and your full name, address, and phone number.
- Some items are not eligible for exchanges; these include any intimate apparel, helmets, as well as products purchased with a discount of 50% or more.
- If an exchange is being shipped to CCC, customers are responsible for all costs incurred on shipping item(s) to and from CCC. CCC is not liable for any items lost in transit. Customers are responsible for all tracking information and a tracking number is recommended for all exchange shipments.
Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for exchange.
